Repair services

• O-Ring Repair, $199.95: Replaces worn motor O-rings and includes functional testing.
• Safety Clip Sensor Repair + O-Ring Service, $249: Repairs the safety clip sensor system and includes the O-ring repair.
• Speaker Repair, $199: Repairs or replaces a failed speaker and verifies sound output.
• Wiring Harness Repair, $249: Repairs the internal wiring harness, including the safety clip harness when needed.
• Motor Replacement (Including Failed Motor Bearings), $299: Replaces a failed motor, including when failed motor bearings are the diagnosed cause.
• Motherboard Replacement, $399: Replaces a failed main control board and includes functional testing.

Diagnosis, approval, and turnaround

SnoozyFix inspects the SNOO before work begins. If the symptom has a different cause, multiple faults, or a condition outside the purchased service, SnoozyFix will explain the finding and obtain approval before additional work or a price change. If you decline a revised repair, the unit can be returned unrepaired after any agreed diagnostic or shipping charge is paid.

Typical bench turnaround is approximately five business days after delivery and intake, excluding shipping time. Complex diagnosis, parts availability, prior damage, and time waiting for approval may extend the estimate.

90-day performed-repair warranty

The performed repair and parts installed as part of it are covered for 90 days after completion. The warranty covers recurrence of the repaired condition, not unrelated faults, ordinary wear, misuse, liquid or corrosion damage, inbound transit damage, or unauthorized later repair. Shipping and local drop-off

• Sending your SNOO to SnoozyFix: You arrange and pay for inbound shipping. Pirate Ship is recommended for comparing discounted label prices.
• Return shipping from SnoozyFix: Return shipping is not charged with the repair order. After repair, SnoozyFix sends a second Shopify invoice for the actual discounted carrier cost. The repaired SNOO ships after that invoice is paid.
• Spee-Dee Delivery: Spee-Dee may be available for North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, parts of Missouri, Illinois, and Wisconsin. A boxed SNOO is usually about $25 to $40 each way, subject to the destination, final measured size, weight, declared value, and current carrier charges. Contact SnoozyFix for a quote.
• Brookfield drop-off and pickup: Free by confirmed appointment. The exact location is shared privately after scheduling.

What to send

Send the SNOO body only. Do not include the legs, mattress, sleep sacks, power supply, or other accessories. The original SNOO box is approximately 35.25 × 19.25 × 14.5 inches, and the packed SNOO body is approximately 40 pounds.

No original SNOO box?

Two Home Depot Medium Heavy Duty moving boxes can be telescoped together. Each box is 20 × 16 × 15 inches. Select Heavy Duty, not the standard box.
