Shipping Policy

This policy explains shipping for SnoozyFix parts, board-only repair, complete-SNOO repair service, and rentals. Rates and delivery estimates shown by a carrier are estimates, not guarantees.
Parts and accessories
Available shipping methods, prices, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Tracking is sent when a shipment is prepared. Contact contact@snoozyfix.com promptly if the delivery address is wrong or a package appears lost or damaged.
Board-only motherboard service
The customer arranges and pays for shipping the motherboard to SnoozyFix. The $199.95 board-only service includes standard return shipping for the motherboard within the United States. Send only the motherboard in an anti-static bag with rigid padding and the order number. Do not send the complete SNOO unless SnoozyFix separately authorizes it.
Complete-SNOO repair service
The customer arranges and pays for inbound shipping. Pirate Ship is recommended for comparing discounted label prices. Send the SNOO body only. Do not include the legs, mattress, sleep sacks, power supply, or other accessories.
Return shipping is billed after the repair on a second Shopify invoice at the actual discounted carrier cost. SnoozyFix provides an estimate before shipment, and the repaired SNOO ships after the invoice is paid. Carrier measurement, destination, declared value, fuel charges, and other carrier fees determine the final rate.
The original SNOO box is approximately 35.25 × 19.25 × 14.5 inches, and a packed SNOO body is approximately 40 pounds. At those dimensions, length plus girth is approximately 102.75 inches. The carrier's final measurement controls.
Spee-Dee Delivery
Spee-Dee may be available for North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, parts of Missouri, Illinois, and Wisconsin. A boxed SNOO is usually about $25 to $40 each way, subject to the destination, final dimensions, weight, declared value, and current carrier charges. Contact SnoozyFix for a quote before purchasing a label.
No original box
Two Home Depot Medium Heavy Duty Moving, Shipping, Storage Boxes with Handles can be telescoped together. Each box is 20 × 16 × 15 inches. Select the Heavy Duty version, Internet #316235446, Model #HDMBX, Store SKU #1006188672. Overlap the boxes generously, pad every side, reinforce every seam, and measure the completed outside dimensions before purchasing a label.
Local service and rentals
Brookfield, Wisconsin drop-off, pickup, and local rental handoff are by confirmed appointment. The exact location is shared privately after scheduling and is not published on the website.
Transit damage and claims
Pack shipments to withstand carrier handling and retain photographs of the item, padding, closed box, measurements, and label. The sender is responsible for an inbound shipment until delivery to SnoozyFix and should open any inbound carrier claim. SnoozyFix will open and manage a claim for a return label purchased by SnoozyFix. Carrier claim decisions and payments are controlled by the carrier.
