Mail in your original SNOO motherboard for diagnosis and eligible board-level repair. This board-only service covers more than a flashing-white boot loop, but external components and wiring should be checked before the motherboard is removed.

Common eligible motherboard faults

  • A persistent flashing-white boot loop that never completes startup
  • A sound-output fault after a known-good speaker and speaker harness have been tested
  • A motor-driver or motor-output fault after the motor, thermal fuse, connectors, and motor harness have been ruled out
  • Other suspected board-level faults approved by SnoozyFix before purchase

A symptom alone does not prove motherboard failure. Clip sensors, wiring, speakers, motors, thermal fuses, power supplies, connections, and settings can cause similar symptoms.

What the $199.95 includes

  • Diagnosis of the mailed motherboard
  • Repair of an eligible board-level fault
  • Replacement board-level components needed for that eligible repair
  • Bench testing appropriate to the reported fault
  • Return shipping for the motherboard within the United States

Not included

  • Inbound shipping to SnoozyFix
  • Removal or reinstallation of the motherboard
  • Shipment or diagnosis of the complete SNOO
  • A donor or replacement motherboard
  • Repair of unrelated wiring, motor, speaker, clip, power-supply, or mechanical problems
  • Certification of the condition of the customer’s complete SNOO

If the board cannot be repaired

If the motherboard cannot be repaired, or bench testing shows that the reported problem is not caused by an eligible motherboard fault, SnoozyFix will issue a full refund and return the motherboard at no charge.

Warranty and turnaround

The repaired fault has a six-month repair warranty. It covers recurrence of the repaired condition and does not cover unrelated failures, customer installation damage, liquid exposure, corrosion, physical damage, or later modification.

Target turnaround is approximately seven days after the motherboard is received, and repairs are often completed sooner. This service is available only to customers in the United States.

Subject to inspection

Liquid damage, significant corrosion, burned or carbonized damage, a broken circuit board, missing components, damaged connectors, removal or installation damage, prior unsuccessful board-level repair attempts, and damage that prevents preservation of the original device identity can make a board ineligible or unrepairable.

Send only the motherboard. Do not send the complete SNOO unless SnoozyFix separately authorizes it.
