Use this when
Worn grooved support bearings, excess platform drag, noise, vibration, or jerky motion on an older unit.
Fits
Original grooved supports on pre-2022 units. Access is from underneath for 2016-2017 and from above for 2018-2021. All 2022 and newer units already use the overmolded platform design.
Selected option includes
Seven overmolded platform bearings and seven spacers. Motor O-rings and tools are not included.

Important note
The seven large platform O-rings are not installed when converting to overmolded supports. The O-ring kit can still be useful for its three small motor O-rings and tools. All 2022 and newer units already use overmolded supports.

Upgrade the seven original grooved platform-support positions to the overmolded design.

Included

  • 7 overmolded platform-support bearings
  • 7 precision-fit spacers

Compatibility by model year

  • 2016 and 2017: Install from underneath after confirming the original grooved support design.
  • 2018 through late 2021: Install from above to refresh the seven platform-support positions.
  • 2022 and newer: These units already have overmolded platform supports, so this is not a routine model-year upgrade. Contact SnoozyFix if an installed support is damaged.

Pairing with the O-ring repair kit

This upgrade can be purchased with the O-Ring Repair Kit. Use the three small motor O-rings and needed tools from the O-ring kit. Do not install the seven large platform rings after this upgrade.

The three small motor O-rings and disassembly tools are not included with this platform-bearing kit.
