These units use the older platform and wiring designs. Platform access is from underneath on 2016 and 2017 units.

Platform access is from above. Refresh the support positions with the overmolded bearing kit and service the motor O-rings with the O-ring kit.

All 2022 and newer units already have overmolded platform supports. Use the three small motor O-rings and tools from the O-ring kit. Replace an overmolded support only if it is damaged.

A removable large O-ring sits in each support groove. The O-ring kit includes seven large rings if you retain this original system.
The contact material is molded onto the bearing. The upgrade kit contains seven bearings and seven spacers for the same seven platform positions.
Send a close-up of the platform supports. Also show any splitting, missing material, flat spot, or bearing that does not roll smoothly.
